Depending on your product type, the delivery policy can differ. Below you can find a few policy samples and you can choose to use the one that applies to your product type.
We have a14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at acetradingcorps@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Return Process
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are [borne by the customer / covered by us].
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions — Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Perishable goods
General Returns (Outside EU)
- We accept returns within14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
According to the return policies , OUR STORE HAS THE REFUND POLICY .you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
